Westbrook Cycles provides a hassle-free return service. Customers may return items within 30 days provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. For returns due to the store's error, such as damaged or wrong items, Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel postage costs will be refunded. However, if the return is due to a change of mind or unsuitability, the customer is responsible for the return costs, although the original outbound postage will be refunded. Exchanges requested for reasons other than store error will not incur postage costs for the replacement item, but return costs are the customer's responsibility. International refunds are processed in GBP, and any bank or customs charges will not be refunded. Certain items like custom-built goods, underwear, or used items with fitted cleats are non-returnable. Shipping within the UK is free for orders over £50, and bikes are shipped free of charge. Deliveries require a signature and are typically made between 08:00 and 18:00. For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
